This is a „remake“ of a famous performance and work group by the french artist Yves Klein from the 60’s. Without this background information your work can not be understood or contextualized properly, or people could be mislead to think that you invented this work yourself!

I like this and the use of black, yellow, blue on white. It is perhaps too abstract with little thought put behind it – so the story- is very weak – yet festive in spirit – but the composition can be stronger; and perhaps the spontaineity fused with some forethought might lead to deeper and richer works of fine art. All the human maps are made in order to exclude man from the misured area, since they were firstly thought and realized, in ancient Greece. The word Status itself comes in fact from ’stadium‘, that in greek means ‚metric linear measure‘. A map is something abstract, totally separated from the inhabited world. It connects points, not lives.
In this amazing work, you used men, women and children, as a measure of their own space (even vertical space).

Hi, I dont know how this ended up in my inbox but anyway I enjoyed it. Yes, Yves Klein; yes, the white anthropologist-artist should have been slathered and pressed to the wall; yes, people were’used‘. But the joy and fun they were having is wonderful. I hope the people in the film now claim ownership of this wall and invent new self-expression which does not involve outsiders.
